This LNLA General Meeting will give you a chance to get an idea of Helping Hands Re-entry Outreach Centers to create a recovery center out at Wapato. They are renaming it Bybee Lakes Hope Center. We will also have a member of the Portland Street Response program giving us some insight into that program.
